Updated: October 2026

Website: http://internationaljdme.us/ | Inquiries: contact@internationaljdme.us | Phone: (888) 404-5720

International J DME (operating also as International Alidme) respects the privacy preferences of our consumers and adheres strictly to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and applicable state Do Not Call regulations.

1. Internal Do Not Call List

International J DME maintains a comprehensive internal Do Not Call (“DNC”) registry. If you do not wish to receive marketing telephone calls, SMS/MMS messages, or pre-recorded messages from us regarding Continuous Glucose Monitors or related diabetic care supplies, you may request to be placed on our internal DNC list.

2. How to Submit a Do Not Call Request

You may place yourself on our Internal Do Not Call registry through any of the following convenient methods:

  • By Telephone: Call our toll-free support line at (888) 404-5720 and request immediate placement on our internal DNC list.
  • By Text Message: Reply STOP, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SMS message sent from our care team.
  • By Email: Send an email with your full name and 10-digit telephone number to contact@internationaljdme.us with the subject line “Do Not Call Request”.
  • By Postal Mail: Write to our compliance headquarters:

International J DME — DNC Compliance
    16401 NW 2ND AVE STE 201
    Miami, FL 33169

3. Processing Time & Duration

Once we receive your telephone number, your opt-out request will be recorded immediately and enforced across our internal calling databases within 24 to 48 hours, well within federal guidelines. Your number will remain on our internal Do Not Call list for a minimum of five (5) years unless you subsequently provide express written consent to be contacted.

4. Transactional & Ongoing Care Communications

Please note that placing your number on the marketing Do Not Call list does not prevent our patient care team from contacting you regarding non-marketing transactional matters, such as verifying active doctor prescription orders, notifying you of active sensor shipment delivery updates, or addressing patient billing questions.
